■難しい質問には“回答”よりも“共感”を示せ！ 植木氏によれば、答えようのない質問をされたときの最強の切り返し方とは、質問者に共感を示すこと。「元彼ってどんな人？」という質問に対しては、 「そんなに私の元彼のことが気になるんだ……」 がオススメです。 相手に共感を示すこの手法は“無条件の肯定的関心”というもの。カウンセリングでもよく用いられるそうです。
